##Senior Management or Manager they just abuse their power ## Micro-Management at top level which can't be defined ##Not sticking to their words or as per the policy of organizations ##For every small thing threat will be given to search for new jobs ##No help or motivations from the team lead or senior manager ##Team leads always take the word into personally, never ever listen to employees word ##Always running behind targets no reactional activities it’s like daily wages labor ##Each and every team member of my team is frustrated from especially team leads and every one looking outside for change ##No positive gesture at all and last but not least its toxic environment to survive

All the work is being offshored to vendors as Indian Associates are new. SR. Management refuses to engage middle management in critical decision making. Most of the associates are uncertain about their future in the organisation. Definitely not an organisation to build a career
