      Pros

      The culture is the best part about working at Alliance, there is an air of humility not arrogance about the directors and my coworkers are all fun to work with. My Managers have taken the time to develop my soft skills and don't micromanage me. They provide a good amount of vacation time. Work/Life balance truly is important from your direct manager all the way to CEO, Ed Heffernan.
