None. Don’t ignore the red flags in the beginning

Cons

Workplace politics, illegal hiring and downsizing practices, unethically firing receptionists without notice even after probation (they have a history of short term front desk employees + LMRA fines so pls be careful), no paid/unpaid leaves granted even during an emergency, otherwise just a really horrible and toxic place to work at. Owner has racist opinions towards Asians and customers with skin of colour
