      1. Easy job 2. Personal cabins

      1. Zero growth opportunities 2. Do not commit to what they say in terms of salary, opportunities to growth 3. Micro Management: There is a lady who is a director in the leadership team is the worst manager that I have seen. She is condescending, double faced, deceptive and racist. 4. Low pay 5. Work on BS projects with no realistic approach 6. Always on a tight budget- even spending $50 on purchasing reports is a big deal for them. 7. False claim on the official webpage

      - Relatively good salary and benefits considering the low cost of living. - Great culture, values, leadership, industry, people, etc. - flex time and family oriented - lots of opportunities to learn and experience - Great teamwork culture, people are more than willing to share/help each other

      Nothing major to mention but for some location will be challenging.

      Strong work-life balance is supported, continuous improvement mindset across company, good salary and benefits, lots of room to make an impact in the company, great company culture, dedicated to improving environmental impact, zero landfill company

      Cons

      Small town location with very few professional jobs locally for family members, you need to have an internal drive to work there as there is no room to slide-by or go on auto-pilot but I love that!
