You will be learning multiple technologies once you join the company. Getting into Bridgesoft is little tough but once you join the company, you will learn a lot and gives you a great exposure.

Cons

Nothing as such, company takes care of employees in all the aspects. The strength of the company is less , So there is high chance of recognition for each and every employee
