Pros

Great opportunity to grow, learn, and make money. I was new to the industry and between the training and support I received got off the ground quickly. Management is always accessible and supportive. The owners are constantly reinvesting profits in the company.

Cons

Office can get a bit warm temperature wise (in an old Mill Building) and the layout isn't conducive to privacy, however, there are a number of conference rooms and private areas if you need to have a confidential conversation.
