      Not a place for Marketing professionals, designers, content writers!

      Pros

      1. Good people, friendly environment. 2. Lunch and snacks are provided 3. Good team building events by HR and Admin teams Clearly only generic things are Pros

      Cons

      I was a part of the marketing team here so if you are into marketing, content writing, sales or designing, this is not the place you should be working at. 1. The management in India doesn't know anything about what goes in the market. 2. Emtec is 3-4 years behind in terms of market trends. 3. Suggestions of team members are never considered by the management here.

      This place will end you career if before it begins!

      Pros

      1. The staff, employees, colleagues whatever you would call them are quite helpful - Expect a major chunk of Kothrud crowd. 2. Location - If you stay close to Shivajinagar/Law college road. 3. Evening Snacks. 4.Monthly Movie time.

      Cons

      Well as you can see, none of the pros have anything to do with work or the job responsibility that is because: 1. Marketing and Sales is just an experiment gone bad here. 2. The people handle these teams have no knowledge about how the US market works. 3. No innovative/out of the box thinking. Love to stick with Red and black..literally if you see the website! 4. You will basically be punching in-punching out just like you do at a government establishment. 5. If you would like to kill your career, and do the exact same thing for the rest of your life this is the place. 6. They don't have a team and will not invest a single penny on resources and expect results. I can just go on...

      Project switching option is rare to not.
