      Been with bridgenext for more than 4 years and have no complaints. The company is great and I admire the ethics this company follows for its employees.

      Was great before the buyout

      Pros

      This place used to be fantastic. Focus on development, most of the people were cool, work from home, happy hours, etc. it’s not like that anymore.

      Cons

      Pay is well below industry standard. Layoffs every quarter. No clear vision on what the company is supposed to accomplish. Not driving new business because they’re too focused on merging since the buyout (which is crazy because the buyout was years ago). All in all, 0 stars.
