Our project work is varied and full of robust technical challenges. With these client projects, there will be times that there are tight deadlines and we all work together to meet those client deliverables. There are other times during the project lifecycle where our deadlines are not as tight and the workloads are not as heavy. If employees feel there is a problem with their workload, they should reach out to another manager or to the HR Department to get the support they need.
