      if you are looking for learning then this is the correct place for you.

      Cons

      1) no work life balance 2) too much pressure 3) too much work 4)office politics 5) people are too conservative, not broad minded. 6) no insentive 7) leads are not supportive at all.

      It is great to hear you enjoy working with the team and the ability to expand your skill sets. The tech stack used is determined by the client's need and your experience with technologies will vary depending on the project assigned. Sample technologies employed across the organization include Microsoft, OpenSource technologies, various big data management technologies, Salesforce, Oracle, BMC Software, and UIPath to name a few. If you are interested in leveling up in a particular tech stack, please be sure to communicate with your manager.
