Pros

Bridgepoint is a well respected company and a well connected company in the Austin area; they were great about allowing time off for important stuff, and are supportive of efforts to further your education.

Cons

An OLD firm, in that young people do not fit in well at all, and it seems like during my 10 months there a lot of the people seemed very unhappy.

Pros

A company with an entrepreneurial spirit. Open door to management. Great flexibility, work / life balance, and a ton of great people to learn from. It allows you to grow both personally & professionally.

Cons

Hard to hit too many here, but it's a smaller company, and not alot of attrition in the management roles, so without more growth, opportunities to get into management are less frequent than at a larger company.
