Pros

During the onboarding process at Bridgepoint, we are all given Patrick Lencioni's book "Ideal Team Player". It is my experience that every person I have encountered while working here has truly embodied the principals in this book of being "humble, hungry and smart". The team's culture is genuinely humble, fostering approachability and a willingness to learn. The hunger for success is palpable, driving us to exceed expectations as a team. The smart and decision-making and problem-solving skills of the team create a dynamic and collaborative environment. My time here has been positive, contributing significantly to my professional growth. Working with a team that live these values every day makes it an exceptional place for a successful career.

Cons

As the organization continues to scale, it will become more important to create pathways for career progression across the organization.

Pros

Bridgepoint works really hard at keeping to their mission statement and preserving their culture. I feel supported by my leaders and have been blessed with amazing clients to work with.

Cons

If coming from an industry outside of client services it might be take a little getting used to in understand the inner workings of services firm. But I never felt undersupported.

Pros

Where do I begin? 1) opportunity to work in different industries 2) great leadership across the board - knowledgeable, supportive, transparent, and easy to talk to. 3) leadership as a whole including HR open to feedback and new ideas without fear of retaliation. 4) company does a great job driving employee engagement via team meetings and monthly outings.

Cons

I'm knit picking here with my callouts, but I personally don't like the medical benefits as it's based on our parent company's plan. Employee cost shares are based on a "coinsurance" payment scheme which results in higher expenses for routine care. I would prefer a "copay" scheme where amounts for routine care are fixed. Lastly, I would like to see a higher bonus rate that would result in higher bonus payouts on a quarterly basis.
