      Pros

      Love the management here at Bridgepoint. Manager really invests time and energy to do right by their clients and consultants. Love the work life balance the company provides.

      Cons

      Floating holiday rules--- they are too restrictive and make it seem more of an inconvenience than a benefit

      Pros

      Bridgepoint consulting is a good place to work. They treat you with respect and like an adult. Little to no hand holding, but plenty of helpful co-workers if you need advice/help. Opportunities to learn and grow in a large variety of disciplines and knowledge basis. I've worked here for 10 years and have little reason to seek alternative opportunities.

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive as I would like. Culture and cohesion has been lacking since covid shut-downs. There used to be a lot more in person events, but those are all but gone. Would like to see more emphasis on community events.
