The company in general is highly mismanaged. They pride themselves on culture, but fail to provide adequate resources or training to get the job done, so really there is no investment into "people" as they say in interviews. There are disconnections between departments, you hardly talk to anyone outside of your department. I also found it hard to have my voice heard because of the status of my position, which was frustrating and hurt my morale. A weird environment overall and the company lacks a clear vision for the future and is unstable.
