      Great place to learn for a few years

      Pros

      You will likely be exposed to many industries, complex clients, and learn a lot along the way. Really good opportunity to learn quickly and be rewarded for hard work.

      Cons

      Claim to be people first but other companies are better at doing so. Limited to no culture, very serious. High turnover and generally unhealthy levels of dissatisfaction regardless of management's awareness of it.

      Pros

      - Great collaborative team even with a fully remote environment. - Transparent leadership - Work/life balance - Opportunity to work with many different individuals as your project team is rarely the same on new implementations.

      Cons

      - "Trial by fire" can be tough for some but the company has vastly improved onboarding and really makes sure new hires are prepared. Hardly a con.
