The NetSuite team here at Bridgepoint is one of the best I've worked with in the industry. Super sharp crew and amazing team players. Opportunity for growth. Smaller team leaves room for rapid growth. There are no invisible barriers like you see in larger firms where time in service dictates your promotability. This is a company that promotes based on merit and value add. Flexible PTO. No gatekeepers. Open access to leadership is valued and encouraged.

Cons

Benefits aren't like you see at a large firm. They aren't terrible, but could be better.
