Pros

Great people, culture, pay, & variety of experience. Some of the best individuals I’ve ever met work here, and I truly feel like I’m part of an impressive group of talented professionals. Also a place that doesn’t take it self too seriously. Deep relationships with clients in Austin and expanding more and more nationwide. A lot of opportunity to shape the future of the organization at then pivotal stage. It’s actually really exciting to be part of it.

Cons

Working through the transition to a more hybrid work environment like we all have been, in maturity stage, and busier than ever. Can feel gaps with communication, resources stretched too thin, and the disorganization that comes with figuring it out. Good enough people, work experience, opportunities, and vision so I plan to stay through any growing pains.

Pros

- Our people are extremely talented and kind. All candidates are assessed against ideal team player characteristics, so our team is full of emotionally intelligent, ambitious, and humble individuals. Leadership exemplifies the same characteristics and everyone is very open to feedback. - We gain repeat clients because Bridgepoint is very much a relationship-focused company, putting the clients' interest first and delivering quality services. Our consultants are absolutely fantastic and handle some of the most complex projects for companies experiencing rapid growth/transformation. We're getting so many projects that we certainly don't have an issue keeping our team busy, but we are focused on growing our team to meet the needs. - There are a lot of great initiatives that have been rolled out in the last year focused on career pathing and development, DEI, communication, and resources. We're continuing to build on those this year and have added internal headcount to support those. We received an 84% engagement score on our annual employee survey (higher than industry average) and used employee feedback to shape our 2022 people focuses. - Leadership is transparent and uses quarterly company meetings to share company results and updates on initiatives. We have 5 offices (Austin, Boston, Dallas, Denver, Houston) and several employees working completely remote. There is a definite focus on building a hybrid, engaged workforce.

Cons

Not really a con, but room to mature processes and build out additional structure that will help the organization scale sustainably. This is part of the strategic plan and is being worked on, but employees at times may feel gaps and if those are not voiced, may cause frustration. We ask employees for feedback so we can remove significant immediate obstacles, and we ask for grace as we longer term work to fill and train those in leadership and support roles, standardize processes, and expand internal resources.
