      Pros

      Great culture. Everyone is extremely friendly and relational. Very open door in the sense that you feel like you can talk to anyone and people help one another. Also free snacks!

      The base pay isn't that good.

      Hourly rate competitive. Good insurance.

      Cons

      Awful mentor-ship program and directives. Directors are not supportive when on project. Left hanging in the wind. Deception, bullying and rose colored glasses mentality.
