      Growth Opportunity with a Team of 'Nice' People

      Pros

      Since it has been acquired by Addison Group, the growth opportunity (both company and individual) has been amazing. They value teamwork highly and hire 'nice' people who can work well with others. It has been an exciting time to work at Bridgepoint. It has many fun activities to build teamwork and feel valued as an employee. Work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Compensation is lower than the market. Work life balance may account for it, but the difference is not minimal.

      Pros

      - people are generally nice and team members willing to help collaborate when you have issues on a project you're on - flexible work from home schedule - snacks/drinks in office (albeit dangerous to the waistline)

      Cons

      - don't really get to choose clients you work with, luck of the draw on projects - office is kind of dark overall, not a trendy workplace but a nice standard office building

      Pros

      This is a great firm to work for! Everyone is hard working, smart, and easy to get along with, the projects are engaging and there are plenty of learning opportunities within and outside our team's expertise. Work schedule is flexible and accommodating, and managers are always willing to help and ensure that you're involved in a project.

      Cons

      There are lulls here and there but that's the nature of the industry rather than a fault of the company.
