      Pros

      Company stayed afloat due to great people running it. Learned a lot about the business and corporate world. Fast paced.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, upper management decide to have people reapply for their jobs. Some have been doing there jobs for over 15+ years and had to reapply and some were terminated without having an alternative solution for them.... goes to show what being loyal to a company for that long give you...

      Teammates truly car for each other and the customer

      Senior leadership does not walk the talk. There is very little empowerment even though they stress it. Senior leadership seems to not care about their people but more about the results and how things look

      Do what has been told to you to do. Keep your creative brain at home. Save it for future. Work like donkeys.

      Worked in an environment full of - bigotry prejudice bias discrimination dogmatism fanaticism injustice narrow-mindedness partiality provincialism racialism racism sectarianism unfairness ............... Couldn't find any more words. Everything mentioned above, exist in small and higher doses. People got framed or fired. HR is sleeping. Administration is snoring. IT department is full of this crap. Grandfathers are running the companies, who have no clue where the latest technology has moved. Just replaced all my cars' Bridgestone tires with Michelin tires. Feeling Great. No complain.
