      Used to be flexible and generous with PTO

      Cons

      Only DEI hires get ahead. Massive layoffs and constant restructuring. It all depends on if you get a decent manager. They used to be a great company but will lay you off to save a buck.

      Pros

      Most of the people are great and there are some interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Low pay - I left for better pay, with less stress. If most long timers look through their pay history they would find they are effectively making less now then 10 years ago. Old Boys Club - People complain about DEI 'going to far', when most people from manager to CEO are white men. No loyalty - This place will burn you out then discard you.
