      Pros

      There are a lot of great people who work for Bridgestone. I work in the Americas Technical Center and the people do not hesitate to help each other out when needed. Also, they have really good options for flex time and alternate work schedules.

      Cons

      C level management is a little too risk averse on really new innovative ideas. It's not perfect, but no place is. I feel like the company is trying to make strides in a positive direction.

      There are so many opportunities to move up, the people are friendly, there are many community and company events to take part in, flexible work schedules, great benefits!

      Cons

      While there are many opportunities to move up, be careful of corporate people stopping it from happening when they don't know all of the work that you do.
