      Decent pay and benefits package.

      Cons

      Absolutely no support from upper management.You are basically thrown to the wolves.The customer is always right no matter what and the employee is wrong even when following procedures and company guidelines Equipment is archaic and most of the stores are badly run down.Amazing since is a multi billion dollar corporation.
