      Pros

      There are very few pros I can think of when describing Hibdon Tires Plus. Some would have to be, Knowing that while working there I have the ability to help customers while also having fun at work.

      Cons

      This is the easy part of this review. Cons would have to start at. Low salary with little to no benefits. Long hours usually 10 to 12 per day 6 days a week. Which wouldn't be so bad if the pay was better but it's not. Pay starts as a measly $1.75 above minimum wage which is horrible. I have worked fast food jobs that pay better and require less knowledge to perform at.

      BFS Retail Operations review for the Charlotte District and South East Zone.

      Pros

      BFS Retail is a large company with many advancement opportunities. Everyone must work in retail operations prior to advancing into higher level positions, which gives a level starting playing field.

      Cons

      As with all large corporations advancement is not based on acheivement and work ethic you are faced with the politics found in most companies of this size.

      Pros

      Opportunity to run your own business/and sell your heart out. Decent health benefits and vacation schedules. Some bonus opportunities too.

      Cons

      Retail environment you will be working saturdays sundays/holidays and late night hours. If you do not make your sales goals and get a minmum number of credit card signups. you will be going to school at 6AM on Monday mornings to explain why you can't convince people to open up a new credit card and you will have to have a plan of action on how will do better next week.
