      Worst job I have ever had.Consumes your life.At one point my boss told me I needed to choose between my family and job.

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Get weekends off most of the time. The employees that are not in middle management and above are decent to work with.

      Cons

      Excepted to drop everything at a moment's notice to work. If you don't suck up to your boss you will never advance. At least once a month you would have to fight to keep you job because of the constant backstabbing.

      Pros

      The money is decent and you work with fantasic people, it is never boring and you learn so much from how to be around a diverse clientele.

      Cons

      Long hours and incredibly hostile customers in certain areas. Upper management not wanting to put money into older stores to fix things .

      Good discount on tires. Well known brand.

      Cons

      The corporate environment is extremely clicky and in many cases very toxic. There are high level employees in the company who show blatant favoritism with how they talk, treat, and promote their "friends". Individuals have been promoted to managers with very little experience or advanced degree while ignoring candidates who are more diverse. High level employees yell and throw tantrums at their subordinates when they are upset instead of demonstrating leadership and offering help. There is management at the HQ who talk to individuals as if they are less of a human than they are creating a horrible working environment.
