Pros

Regular assessments and merit raises. This is a global company with great resources to help their employees on a professional and personal level. Lots of room for growth.

Cons

They were in the beginning of a huge, company-wide shut-down from 2013 to 2016. They are and will be in a period of unsettled transition probably until 2020. They have outsourced entire departments (HR, Payroll, and other things).

Overall good company to work for

Pros

I love the people I work with as well as the challenging work I get to do. I also appreciate the work schedule and participate what everyone calls 9/80 which gives me every other Friday off in exchange for working 9 hours a day Mon-Thurs. Also, my direct manager is good to work for, flexible and encourages us to maintain a work-life balance (even supports our time off).

Cons

A frustrating part of working at this location is that it seems to take a lot of time to get into a management role... you can get promotions relatively regularly as an individual contributor (doing a good job) but it seems like you need to have 10+ years before you can be considered for a management role.
