Pros

Great Flexibility, Team driven, Pay is higher than industry average, company really delivers professional services for families, children and allows employees to grow professionally and personally.

Cons

Phones sometimes don't work and are hard to get ahold of the right people, taking the time to have a break, can be stressful at times.

Pros

They work very hard to help kids, and if you work here you will love those kids. You get to work one on one with the kids giving them awesome care. The training they give you is awesome!

Cons

In the Riverdale branch there were cliques, and favorites. As I was gaining skills I was transferred from a balanced schedule to one that was emotionally and mentally tasking. As soon as I got certified they cut my hours, but did not give me the pay raise until I gave my notice.

Pros

Can be a fun job if you belong to the right clique. Fun and challenging environment. All I can really say is that kids make this job an okay job.

Cons

This company really lacks in employee benefits. They obviously have health insurance but no PTO and you rarely acknowledged or rewarded for hard work. When new clients are scheduled or brought to the office supervisors will either know nothing about the child or didn’t communicate Any information to direct staff before first session. Clients will sometime go for months without a program put in place. Supervisors will bill 1hr and a half but truly only actually supervise and be present during session for 5-10 minutes.
