Good time off, that's it

Pros

The time off is incredible, you start accruing the minute you start working. In my position you have the ability to basically make your own schedule. There's a lot of freedom.

Cons

With making your own schedule, there can be A LOT of free time, too much. I came into this position with little to no training, I had to learn as I went. People who work here talk bad behind coworkers backs constantly. Supervisors hire people they know, so everyone is cliquey. The work the Brien center does is good, but they seem to run these people in circles who are trying to improve themselves. Most importantly, the pay is horrible for what you have to deal with.
