Good salary. Remote job. Visiting Netanya 2-3 times/year (nice city)

Interesting job, but not for all

Pros

- perfect salary - interesting tasks: real full-stack. You can touch many technologies and learn, learn, learn... That's perfect for developer's work - very professional colleagues - almost unlimited travels to Israel (good if you leave in cold country)

Cons

- outdated tools - hard to keep work-life balance, since you became experienced guy you will get a lot of messages in IM and it's hard to ignore them - very specific management: not all people can accept this style of communication and work - often fire employees. Since salary is high it creates nervous atmosphere - hard to change something in the company: almost all suggestions are declined (sometimes without rational explanation)
