Pros

Good pay, benefits. Company really seems to try hard to uphold the values on the wall poster.

Cons

Large emphasis placed on getting the quota of sales numbers, despite outside conditions like Covid having drastic effects. Misguided C-Suite leaders who mean well but are disconnected.
