      Excellent Work Culture and Career Growth

      I have been employed with BrightFarms for 1 year and I really enjoy the work culture and the ability to grow with the company. The senior leadership team is very supportive and willing to help the local greenhouses when facing challenges.

      Cons

      No obvious cons with working at BrightFarms.

      Pros

      The environment is highly entrepreneurial and accountable. If you love to make a difference and build/improve processes, you will have the opportunity to do so every day. It is both employee focused and results driven and opportunities for learning and growth are abundant. BrightFarmers at all levels are genuinely supportive and will drop everything to help if you ask for it. Growth is projected at 10x in a few years.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a status quo, maintenance organization it is not the right place for you. Also, if you view feedback and change as a negative.
