Pros

A mission-driven team and organization striving to be a change driver in the food industry. Work always feels essential. No busy work here, we are lean and focused. We work hard but do so because we are committed. Strong track record of promoting from within.

Cons

As a growing org, we are resource stretched at times but that allows for huge professional growth.

Pros

Bright Farms is a company that truly cares for its customers and employees. They are a family oriented company focused on providing healthy pesticide free food to your household. They will continue to lead the way in food production and set a standard above all others. It is hard work to help build a monumental company, but they reward you for your hard work. I would recommend Bright Farms to anyone with strong ambition and passion for healthy food.

Cons

Its a young company. You will work long hours, wear many hats, and be pushed to achieve goals you didn't think were achievable.

Rapidly Growing Company

Pros

You get to work for a company that is truly changing the way the world eats. The company is rapidly growing and there are tons of exciting things happening. Overall, the management is extremely good and the culture of the company is phenomenal. Most people care and look out for each other.

Cons

Not necessarily cons: This isn't the right company for you if you want a ton of structure and direction. Decisions are pushed down as far as possible, which means you're empowered to take control and make decisions without going through bureaucratic hurdles. While that is a good thing in many ways, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed at times. You have to be entrepreneurial, savvy and creative - truly a startup culture.
