Low pay high turnover rate

Can I give this place 0 stars? Worked at the Cincinnati Delhi location. The directors Holly and Alexis are the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. Alexis couldn’t care less about staff. All she cares about is getting numbers up for her year end bonus. The kicker is: they can’t enroll kids when you don’t have competent staff to take care of. Turnover is ridiculously high for a reason. There’s staff stealing diapers from families and food for the kids and walking around looking homeless, there’s staff that are overworked and underpaid, and an assistant director that just doesn’t care about actually taking care of the kids and would rather play on her phones for 8 hours a day. It’s horrible to see what used to be The Children’s House, a well respected and trustworthy school to send your kids to, turn into the trashy daycare that it is now. Also can’t forget the fact that they didn’t put up any Christmas or holiday decorations. They used to go all out with decorations and make it an exciting place for the kids and staff to walk into everyday. Now it’s lifeless and gross because no one cleans the place. Throw in the low pay and no benefits and you basically have a third world country workplace. I don’t recommend working here or even sending your kids here. It’s a terrible place to work and the directors, Holly, Alexis, and Emily have no idea what they’re doing.
