      They do help those in need.

      Cons

      I can't speak for the whole organization, but the office and region I worked in was terrible. The managers were very rude, catty and unprofessional. It was so hard to motivate caregivers to stay around due to the crazy low pay... They don't reimburse mileage... or offer raises.

      Honestly, the only pro is the relationships you develop with your clients, and co workers.

      Cons

      -Extremely Under paid -Micromanaged from an executive level mostly -Unrealistic expectations from the staff - Poor development skills -Extremely long hour including after hours -Ineffective call center where calls are routed only for them to transfer the call to the branch! The most stupid of them all/Serves no purpose! -
