Horrible hr and Ed

Pros

Some really caring staff,steady hours,lots of o.t. can feel rewarding to know you made a difference for the clients

Cons

Horrible excutive director, horrible hr,forced to work 70 80 hours a week 7 days a week and if I can't do it quit .unorganized take months to replace staff or never replace them etc etc
