Pros

Great leadership and culture! Everyone is very team oriented and we celebrate individual production and results! The work life balance is great and manageable.

Cons

There is no company bonus structural, Christmas bonus, and not many opportunities for pay increases unless you move around within in the organisation.

You can get paid daily if you choose to.

Cons

Bad pay Over working of good employees and no consequences for bad employees who do not show up or call because there is always a shortage of direct care providers. Mandatory stay for up to 4 hours if relief does not show up.
