      Expected to do the job of many with a salary of half of only one....

      Pros

      The staff were amazing. I I also enjoyed time working with the clients.

      Cons

      Lost three staff to the opening of a new facility and went 6 months or longer with no replacements in sight... I was doing too good working all three jobs for them to be concerned, but I also wasn't compensated, I was working for 12-14 hour days/days off as well, got in trouble for not having documentation done which is impossible when you can't meet with clients to do so because you are doing three jobs with no reprieve or thank you or pay raise. I ended up having a nervous break down and losing everything for this company because I loved my job so much I didn't have time to take care of the other important things in my life.

      Pros

      The clients. Some supervisors DO care.

      Cons

      Going through new staff ALL the time , new Nurses do not stay. Afraid to lose license if they stay. Staff does as they please without consequences. When you relay the stuff that goes on to upper management they seem upset but do not hold pple accountable. Clients have to share clothes because they do not buy them any. Forget to celebrate residents birthday . The Residents need a better quality of life !!

      Depending on the area, there is flex time, differing start times and flexibility on days off.

      Cons

      Salary and benefits are below standard (no raises, no 401k for Corp employees) General lack of communication Low morale No growth opportunities No opportunities to grow one's skill set (no training approved)
