Co-Workers are good people and are all in the same boat.

Cons

No incentives to work here. They do not give raises. The workload is impossible to maintain. And the Health Insurance is awful.

Poor Pay, Benefits, and Retirement options - Good people

Pros

The immediate and department managers are really helpful and flexible. Co-workers are almost universally pleasant and it's a nice building and location.

Cons

The pay is very poor. There is only one health insurance provider you can choose and all options are bad and most local hospitals and doctors do not accept it. There is also no 401k matching. Since prepping and then going public, this company has gutted how it treats and compensates it's employees.
