Stepping stone job, not many long-term prospects

Pros

Flexible work life balance, great RDTO, open door management, volunteer opportunities, mostly nice and empathetic co-workers, the best receptionist who models leadership through character, positivity and empathy. Nice, newer building if you like working in office setting - open cube farm with lots of windows

Cons

Sub-par medical benefits that get cut and more expensive yearly and 401K is barely existing. You can set one up but there is no company match. Not all departments get to work hybrid or remote which isn't fair. No room for professional growth or compensation for inflation.
