Pros
I've worked in the social services field for about 15 years, and I'd say the only positive at Rescare is helping the local youth.
Cons
Too many to list: micromanagement, expect no independence to do the work you were hired to do, company isn't understanding of single mothers, all they care about are the numbers, don't think you'll ever get a pay raise or advance, and management are paid big bucks, but are a joke. They manipulate their contracts. There's NO training if you're new to the job, but they expect perfection. Lot's of drama and back biting. Supervisor's give no guidance or assistance, but probably because they're so overworked. All the money in this company is at the top. Honestly, if you need a paycheck, work here. Just don't pass up something great for this poorly run company!
