Pros
Completely run by inept people who couldn’t get hired by a real company so the pro is that expectations will be low for you.
Cons
Where to begin. First, looks like they’ve been encouraging people to leave good reviews again to bump up the ol’ average. The most recent reviews are vague at best. But let’s dig in: the only focus is not patients, but making money for the equity firm that owns the company. Do some googling on private equity, BSH, and how that works out for patients. Vastly underpaid workers and too few workers, absolutely unacceptable employee health benefits that are leaving employees deeply in medical debt or unable to find doctors who will take this garbage insurance, and leadership that is obsessed beyond belief at making money at the expense of employees and patients by cutting corners. But don’t worry, you’ll get weekly encouraging emails from the president reminding you to work harder, be selfless, and show gratitude every day. Yes, the communications team is so tone deaf that they think it’s a good idea to email that to employees while basically providing no decent health coverage and paying patient-facing staff less than some fast food workers. Honestly, the most embarrassing company to have on your resume. If you are going to starve and need work and absolutely can’t find something else, take this job but keep looking. If you have any bit of hope of finding a job elsewhere, GO ELSEWHERE. Oh, and the responses left by the company on these reviews is outsourced to another company, they can’t even take the time to read these and take them seriously, let alone act. They actually pay a company to respond to these reviews. Unbelievable.
