I've had the opportunity to be promoted multiple times during my tenure with the company. My leader cares about my success and provides a good work/life balance. I feel the work I do has a purpose and makes a impact in the lives of many people.

Ok clients. I'm making a difference

Cons

Site supervisor hires and sleeps with everyone. Threatens to take me off the schedule if i mention it. I caught them in the bathroom while clients were left unattended and both guys seemed unapologetic about it. This isn't the first time so I'm probably going to just resign.
