Wow i dont know where to start im gonna start with the most important number one category our consumers they are definitely not getting the care that they deserve what are the high risk of consumers being abused by staff low wages, lack of knowledge, STRESS!!, not mature enough that mean your hiring these people too young fresh out of high school really Res Care im gonna state that the majority of those young adults not all of them but most just there for a paycheck at that age . These are the things that you teach in your remaining and i feel if you couldn't afford to take over a huge company such as the one i work for why even bother your consumers are suffering cause you refuse to get them or pay for the resources that they need its their money no wait you can afford it you just making. Sure your pockets are straight huh sense im considered the bottom of the toddem pole or so you think dsp is at the bottom but where not cause where the ones that work with the people you afraid to touch and cant stand the sight of everyday and if it wasnt for us you wouldn't know or do you even care whats going on with these consumers that your single handedly robbing but you will soon enough if you dont start paying these hard working caring people what there worth Cause your gonna have a bunch of lawsuits
