Flexible scheduling, some supervisors are pleasant.

Cons

Office staff, supervisors, and admin don't seem to work well together. Very disorganized, if you have a question, you'll likely get different answers from each person. Lack of communication. Poor documentation on clients. Company does not help/offer advancement opportunities

They're the best company I've ever been with and they will bill your hours up.

Cons

I really don't know any downsides but I will say I always keep up with your hours make sure you're hours adds up with your service coordinator.

ResCare will give as many hours that you want, they also give you plenty of freedom, may allow you to make your own schedule within reason.

Cons

They don't give raises when they should,...this is a company that does NOT VALUE their employees at all.
