Pros

They are very understanding when it comes to your family problems. There is always room for moving up if you have a free schedule. Also allow dental insurance if over 20 hours

Cons

Its an on call position until you are offered a permenant position which is very hard to balance out.

Pros

One week long, paid training.

Cons

Hard to get enough hours, I worked for them for 5 months and had to find something else because they were giving me 6h on average a week. The clients need much more professional staff because they were mostly severely mentally disabled individuals and I just felt like we are there to babysit. My supervisor had to work non stop to cover the often no shows. Very high turnover.
