      Nothing. It's a field controlled by federal and state funding. You pretty much just follow orders and instructions on every how, when, where, why.

      Cons

      A highly bureaucratic system with no flexibility in your work. Everything is systematically supervised with no room to grow.

      Very flexible hours, good pay and raised, awesome benefits and Healthcare is amazing.

      Cons

      Sometimes makes you travel far for your job without compensation. Only receive mileage reimbursement when driving client around or in between clients.
