Pros

The 'Consumers' were absolutely endearing, yet though at times, somewhat challenging.

Cons

Managers and QM's don't hear or listen to those who are with the clients all day everyday. The only feedback you will receive is negative. Nepotism and Cronyism abound in the upper management offices.

I like the opportunity to work independently, help both employees and clients, and feel the success of growing a business.

Cons

Management is breathing down my neck and demanding sales and results. Training is lacking. Office help is lacking. I have to do everything by myself and learn most things the hard way.
