for the most art the caregivers are excellent - work hard for peanuts, little training - not a lot of support, they get used and abused by this branch.

Decent work schedule:monday through friday, that is the best thing I can say about this company, the very best.

Cons

High stress job, with poor training. No one can ever please the corporate management. No one acknowledges anything employees do.No chance for advancement, raises,no retirement,no 401k,insurance is to expensive,co-pays are outrageous. The more you do, the more is thrown at you to do, little on-going training when policies/procedures are changed.

PTO and that's it, nothing else.

Cons

Everything. No raises in 5+ years even though the state of MO has been paying a cost of living increase of 3% EVERY year to ResCare, not one penny has gone to staff or consumers. We have to use the lowest quality products from processed food to generic cleaners due to ResCare's desire to pay upper management in KY top salaries while everyone else suffers. They tell us daily we are all replaceable. No respect, no care. It would be better to work at a gas station than here!
