When I first started at BrightSpring on a team called Rehab Without Walls, the atmosphere was family friendly even though this is part of a corporation. The leadership was understanding and empathetic towards the clientele and employee pay was at industry standard for this area.

Cons

Since the first of the year, leadership changed and the atmosphere has changed to a purely corporate one. The bottom line is the only thing that matters and new people coming in are paid at below industry standard rates. The systems we are required to work in are broken yet we are still required to produce at top notch rates.
