Pros

If you are in a support position caring for clients, you will enjoy the personal benefit and good feeling of helping others. You might meet some nice people also.

Cons

There is no opportunity to advance at all. No matter what position you work in, favoritism rules on getting the best shifts or positions. Skill and education mean nothing. Pay is very low, benefits are horrible, no recognition. Work can be dangerous because most clients are not appropriate for the programs they are in. Corporate office is no help and only cares about the money they are making and their bonus programs.
